

Between August 6 and 9, 1945, Japan experienced the first nuclear attack from America with the support of the rest of the Allied Nations. Hiroshima and Nagasaki, the nation’s industrial pride were reduced to rubbles alongside hundreds of thousands of Japanese.
As Japan goes through the valley of the shadows of death yet again, this time around through handiwork of Mother Nature, I invite you to a two-part serial published on September 22 and 23, 1980, in the Daily Times. It mirrored the stubbornness of Japan and her final humiliation and torture.
It is important to note the current threat of nuclear emission from certain reactors, following the earthquake.
